Partner Agreement for Use of Impact Teen Drivers (ITD) Programs
This agreement is between Impact Teen Drivers (hereinafter referred to as “ITD”) and [User/Agency/Individual Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Partner”). By acknowledging this agreement, the Partner agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the usage and implementation of ITD’s evidence-based programs, resources, and materials:
1. Program Fidelity and Implementation
- The Partner agrees to deliver the ITD programs in their entirety as designed, ensuring maximum effectiveness of the evidence-based content.
- ITD programs must not be combined with or associated in any way with graphic or gory images, scare tactics, or any messaging that undermines the positive, research-based approach of the ITD curriculum.
2. Training Requirements
- If the Partner intends to use ITD’s evidence-based teen programs as part of their community health and safety education, they agree to attend an ITD Train-the-Trainers session, which can be in-person, through one of our online training videos, or through our quarterly virtual trainings.
3. Use of ITD Videos and Materials
- ITD programs, resources, and videos, including those featuring stories from families, are the intellectual property of ITD. These videos must not be altered, edited, or modified in any way without prior written permission from ITD.
4. Maintaining Program Integrity and Quality Assurance
- The Partner agrees to uphold the highest standards of fidelity, quality assurance, and integrity when utilizing ITD programs and resources.
- All programs, resources, and materials provided by ITD must be used in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the ITD organization, ensuring the protection of its brand and the effectiveness of its educational efforts.
5. Brand and Resource Integrity
- The Partner acknowledges the importance of preserving the brand and reputation of ITD and agrees to adhere strictly to the guidelines and best practices provided.
6. Program Usage and Fees
- The Partner agrees not to sell ITD programs or charge any fees for conducting them. All ITD resources and programs must be offered by partners at no cost to participants to preserve the integrity and accessibility of the education.
